By accessing and using SED_Auto-Poster ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Application.

2. Description of Service

SED_Auto-Poster is an internal publishing and automation tool designed exclusively for use by authorized representatives of Strange Earth Dispatch. The Application provides tools for managing and automating the publication of content to the Strange Earth Dispatch YouTube channel.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials and can revoke access to the Application at any time through your Google Account settings.

5. Intellectual Property

The Application and its contents, including but not limited to software, design, and documentation, are the intellectual property of Strange Earth Dispatch or its licensors. You are granted a limited license to use the Application for authorized purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the Application without explicit written permission.

6. Content Responsibility

You are responsible for all content published through the Application. By publishing content, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the right to publish the content
• The content does not violate any third-party rights
• The content complies with YouTube's Community Guidelines and policies

Strange Earth Dispatch is not liable for content published through the Application or any consequences resulting from such publication.

8. Limitation of Liability

Strange Earth Dispatch reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Application following the posting of revised terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Strange Earth Dispatch operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
